Eastman Community Association in Grantham, NH has embarked on an outstanding new South Cove Activity Ctr (LEED-certified) facility that MJH is extremely happy to be a significant participant in its construction. MJH is installing the energy efficient geothermal hvac systems, pool dehumidification system, plumbing, fireplace & kitchen equipment. The building is slated to be ready for use during the summer. Milestone Engineering & Construction is the general contractor for the project. Eastman's project supervisor is the community's mgr Ken Ryder. MJH's project supervisor is John Chaloux.
