Upper Valley Contracting owner Eric Kleber has hired M. J. Hayward Mechanical / Electrical Services, Inc. to design and install a ducted Carrier a/c system for one floor and two (2) Sanyo heat pump mini-split a/c inverter systems for another floor of the historic Woodstock, VT #4 The Green building near the common and library. The building is to be utilized as office space.
