MJH @ the new South Cove Activity Ctr in Eastman (Grantham, NH).

Eastman Community Association in Grantham, NH has embarked on an outstanding new South Cove Activity Ctr (LEED-certified) facility that MJH is extremely happy to be a significant participant in its construction. MJH is installing the energy efficient geothermal hvac systems, pool dehumidification system, plumbing, fireplace & kitchen equipment. The building is slated to be ready for use during the summer.

Milestone Engineering & Construction is the general contractor for the project. Eastman's project supervisor is the community's mgr Ken Ryder. MJH's project supervisor is John Chaloux.

The erradicate excess moisture w/ the new pool room, an energy efficient pool dehumidification system is being installed. The top two pics display the pool dehumidfier located in the main mechanicla room. The bottom pic is of the pool itself.
